Role Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-fidelity, challenging AI task prompts and scenarios to advance product capabilities.
- Develop and refine comprehensive rubrics to assess AI task and prompt efficacy.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to iterate on product features and user flows.
- Analyze user feedback and product analytics using tools like Mixpanel to prioritize enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement in AI product performance through data-driven insights.
- Ensure tasks are realistic, actionable, and aligned with end-user needs.
- Have a minimum of of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI-driven or productivity-focused products.
- Demonstrate experience creating and assessing realistic, complex task prompts.
- Possess strong proficiency with Calendar, Gmail, Mixpanel, and Slack.
- Have experience developing or applying assessment rubrics for product quality.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard for clarity and collaboration.
