Job Title: Product Manager L&D

Job Summary: Our team leverages a modern Global Capability Product Operating Model to deliver and evolve digital products that create impactful value for users and the business. We prioritize user problems, validate solutions through data, and iterate swiftly to meet goals. This position is pivotal in shaping the future of learning and development within the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision and success metrics, aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development, ensuring aligned requirements and successful outcomes.
• Partner with development and data teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms supporting training delivery and tracking.
• Design, build, and scale reusable, on-demand learning assets that support various teams across the organization.
  
  

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or digital engagement platforms.
• Experience with learning and development platforms, LMS/LXP systems, and enterprise training solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate engagement data into actionable product decisions.
