Accountabilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial systems covering accounting, treasury, and related platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineering squads to build scalable, reliable, and auditable financial products.
- Partner with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Work with product owners across the organization to ensure system integrations, alignment, and shared priorities.
- Oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring solutions meet quality, control, and operational standards.
- Participate in strengthening the overall product management function across distributed teams.
- Drive continuous improvements and innovations within financial systems to support business growth and compliance.
- Proven experience in product management or technical product management, ideally in complex internal systems or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of financial instruments and markets, including crypto assets, tokenized equities, derivatives, and securities.
- Strong knowledge of payment processes, including fiat and crypto rails, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation.
- Ability to bridge technical system design with financial, accounting, and treasury requirements.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and managing dependencies in complex product environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup/scale-up environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting systems, treasury management systems, financial controls, audits, or regulatory reporting is desirable.
