About the Opportunity:

It offers an all-in-one financial services platform combining banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto. The platform partners with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers. The Product Manager role on the Cash Advance team focuses on evolving flagship cash-flow products that provide customers with on-demand funding for daily financial needs. Collaboration with onboarding, post-purchase, wallet, UX, engineering, legal, and retail teams is essential to ensure a seamless and scalable experience across app and point-of-sale channels.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to cash advance product areas, scaling to tens and hundreds of millions of users
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, define requirements, and ship features balancing financial fundamentals and ecosystem needs
• Maintain and prioritize a segment of the product roadmap aligned with the launch plan
• Use key metrics such as conversion, repayment rates, and engagement to prioritize and drive improvements
• Translate technical and partner requirements into clear tickets, user flows, and stakeholder communications
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management or similar roles
• Experience with Cash Advance or Consumer Lending products
• Ability to review code, technical documents, system design, and diagnose issues
• Servant leadership skills to motivate teams without direct authority
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills to gain buy-in for initiatives
• Experience working with legal, compliance, product, business, and engineering stakeholders
• Self-motivated with critical thinking capabilities
• Proactive with a builder and executor mindset
