akirolabs is seeking a reliable Product Management Intern for 4-6 months ASAPwho is eager to learn. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building impactful products in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. As a Product Management Intern, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), gaining hands-on experience in managing and shaping a tech-driven enterprise product.

Job Description
akirolabs is seeking a reliable Product Management Intern for 4-6 months ASAPwho is eager to learn. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building impactful products in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. As a Product Management Intern, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), gaining hands-on experience in managing and shaping a tech-driven enterprise product.
- Product Development Support:
- Assist in planning, prioritizing, and managing product roadmaps and backlogs in Jira.
- Collaborate with engineering to track sprint progress and coordinate on blockers.
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and data to surface insights that drive product improvements.
- User Experience & Design:
- Collaborate with the UI designer in Figma to prepare wireframes and prototypes.
- Assist in drafting and updating user personas and journey maps.
- Documentation & Communication:
- Maintain and organize product documentation in Confluence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and product updates for internal and external stakeholders using MS Suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth product launches.
- Support the CPO in cross-functional meetings and provide follow-up documentation.
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- First previous working experience, e.g. in a SaaS startup, Consulting
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and German (strong bonus)
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills; a proactive attitude; attention to detail.
- Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment
