We are seeking a US-based remote product leader who can bridge healthcare complexity, creative problem-solving, and real-world member outcomes—someone who doesn’t just build features but builds systems that improve lives.
At the core of this role is our MobexHealth Software Engine—a configurable, modular platform that powers digital health solutions across mobile, kiosk, and in-home environments.
This is not a roadmap execution role. This is a vision + execution role.
What You’ll Own
- Define and drive product strategy across configurable healthcare platforms
- Architect and evolve our modular software engine, enabling rapid configuration across:
- Medicaid & Medicare programs
- MCOs and state deployments
- Diverse populations and care models
- Translate complex healthcare requirements into scalable, reusable product components
- Lead innovation across:
- Digital health access (mobile, kiosk, home-based platforms)
- SDOH and community-based care models
- Care coordination, engagement, and navigation tools
- Turn ideas into:
- Deployable products
- Configurable modules (not one-off builds)
- Measurable outcomes (engagement, ER diversion, cost savings)
- Partner directly with:
- CEO and executive leadership
- Engineering, clinical, and client stakeholders
- Identify and remove blockers across product, engineering, and operations
- Drive a platform-first mindset: build once, deploy many
- Demo platforms virtually to clients

- You’ve worked in U.S. healthcare (Medicaid/Medicare required)

Requirements
- 7–15+ years in product management or product leadership
- Proven experience in U.S. healthcare (Medicaid/Medicare strongly preferred)
- Experience building platforms or configurable systems (not just features)
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, project management tools
- Experience with AI tools such as Figma Make, Claude, etc
- Ability to travel as needed to clients and team meetings at HQ in Las Vegas, NV up to 15%
