Working Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week

Reporting To: Senior Product Manager / Product Development Lead


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of product development, including market research, product design, user testing, and go-to-market strategies. The internship complies with relevant laws, including Sections 44-47 of the UK National Minimum Wage Act 1998, which exempts voluntary workers and work experience programs from wage requirements. In the US, this role aligns with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), focusing on educational benefits and voluntary participation.


Key Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to shadow, learn, and assist the product development team in,

  • Market Research, Analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitor products to support product strategy.
  • Product Design, Assisting in developing product concepts, creating wireframes, and participating in design sprints.
  • User Testing, Supporting the organization and execution of user research sessions, collecting feedback, and analyzing results.
  • Go-to-Market Support, Assisting with product launch plans, marketing strategies, and promotional materials.
  • Stakeholder Relations, Helping to manage communication with internal teams, external partners, and user communities.
  • Training & Presentations, Contributing to the preparation of product presentations, pitch decks, and progress reports.
  • Product Roadmapping, Gaining exposure to the process of building product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and sprint planning.
  • Operational Support, Assisting with organizing product team meetings, maintaining project management tools, and liaising with cross-functional teams.
  • Research & Insight, Conducting research on the latest product development methodologies, technologies, and market dynamics affecting the industry.


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in product development and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
