About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Developer to own the end-to-end development of apparel products across our 2 clothing brands. You’ll be responsible for turning designs into high-quality, production-ready garments - on time, on budget, and at the right margin.
This is a hands-on role working closely with design, production, and external manufacturing partners.
- Own the product development lifecycle from concept to bulk production
- Create and maintain detailed tech packs (construction, measurements, grading, trims)
- Source and approve fabrics, trims, washes, and finishes
- Manage factory communication (sampling, costing, timelines, revisions)
- Lead fit development and coordinate fit comments and revisions
- Track and approve samples (proto, SMS, PP, TOP)
- Ensure products meet quality, margin, and delivery targets
- Identify and solve production issues proactively
- Work closely with CAD designers and creative teams to execute designs accurately
- 2+ years experience in apparel product development
- Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and fit
- Proven experience working directly with factories (Asia and/or Europe)
- Confident creating and managing tech packs independently
- Strong organisational skills — you can manage multiple SKUs at once
- Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving DTC / e-commerce environment
- Experience in streetwear / premium apparel
- Familiarity with CLO3D or 3D garment tools
- Experience scaling products from small runs to volume production
- Knowledge of costing, MOQs, and margin optimisation
