Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in an agile product development environment (including internships)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency with Figma for designing responsive, accessible interfaces
- Experience applying and extending design systems
- Solid visual and interaction design fundamentals
- Ability to experiment with generative AI tools for design variations and refinement
- Excellent collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- Effective communication and constructive feedback abilities
- Experience with AI-driven design workflows
- Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies
- Familiarity with back-end or development processes to ensure design fidelity
- Additional certifications in UX/UI design or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within an agile environment
- Portfolio demonstrating human-centered design solutions in software products
