Product Designer

Arrivia

Remote (US)

Arrivia builds the travel experiences behind major loyalty and membership programs, the private marketplaces where members book cruises, resorts, and hotels at rates they can't find anywhere else. Recent work includes Air India's Flying Returns program, with cruise rewards across more than 30,000 itineraries. The design team reimagines how people search, compare, and decide on a trip, across web products that run white-labeled for many brands at once.

This role is for a designer earlier in their career who already brings craft and genuine curiosity about how products feel in real hands. You'll work inside consumer journeys (search, discovery, comparison, decision) within a pod of PMs and engineers, sweating typography, spacing, and interaction until an experience feels trustworthy and consumer-grade. You'll learn the design system, ship in tight loops with engineers, and get sharper with every project.

AI is part of the everyday craft here. The team uses tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to move faster on research synthesis, idea exploration, and content, without losing the eye for quality.

Builders use AI to take an idea all the way to shipped work. They move across the work of designers, PMs, and engineers, comfortable with ambiguity and shipping fast. You build things to see if they work, and you define yourself by what reaches production, not the tools you used to get there. If that sounds like you, this one is worth a look.

How hiring works here

Arrivia is using Provn to find the designers they want to interview. Instead of sending a resume into an ATS, you complete a design challenge created with Arrivia and record a short video walkthrough of your thinking. That is your application.

Why that is a better deal for you:

- Your portfolio and walkthrough show how you think, which a resume can't.

- No ATS or referrals stand between you and the hiring manager.

- A strong walkthrough is the edge you're looking for over other candidates.

A human reviews every submission. Hiring managers come to you because they've already seen how you work.

What you'll bring: 2 to 4 years of product design for consumer web or mobile, growing proficiency in Figma, and a portfolio that shows how you frame problems and refine ideas, not just finished screens.

What's in it for you

A remote-friendly team across US and international time zones, access to Arrivia's private travel marketplace with deeply discounted cruises, resorts, and hotels, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) with company match.
