As a Product Designer at Proposify, you’ll contribute to creating products that customers love while developing your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll support design initiatives, assist in research and testing, and work closely with Product Management, Development, and QA teams. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to grow, values feedback, and enjoys working on meaningful projects while learning from experienced designers. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be highly organized, managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

As a Product Designer at Proposify, you’ll contribute to creating products that customers love while developing your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll support design initiatives, assist in research and testing, and work closely with Product Management, Development, and QA teams. What You’ll Do
- Support the design process from concept to implementation.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Assist in user research and testing to gather insights and improve product experiences.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Learn to apply Proposify’s design system and contribute to improving user flows and interface elements.
- Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and team workshops.
- Help maintain and refine existing designs by identifying areas for improvement.
- Proficient knowledge of product design, including common interaction patterns and trade-offs, and best practices for responsive web applications.
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Background in HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science preferred.
- Demonstrated experience conducting research as part of a team, interacting with users, synthesizing and presenting findings (Case Studies preferred).
- Proven record of designing delightful, thoughtful experiences (Portfolio Walkthrough).
- Proficient in UI and using tools such as Figma or similar (Sketch, Adobe XD etc.).
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and familiarity with JavaScript.
- Have design systems knowledge, understanding, and practice.
- Must have the flexibility to adapt to growing technology and market demands.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Experience designing for web accessibility that meets WCAG 2.2 level AA compliance.
