Accountabilities:
- Partner with product owners and engineers during the discovery and development process to define user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions
- Create user flows, storyboards, and journey maps that communicate proposed design solutions effectively
- Wireframe, prototype, test, and iterate on design concepts to deliver polished and usable experiences
- Produce pixel-perfect prototypes and specifications to guide engineering and product teams
- Participate in design reviews, critiques, and workshops, providing constructive feedback and defending design decisions
- Utilize and contribute to a shared design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products
- BS/BA in Graphic Design, Human Factors, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, or a related discipline
- Skilled in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, with proficiency in Figma preferred
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to create solutions that work across all screen sizes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders
