As a Product Designer, you will play a central role in shaping user experiences for complex digital products, balancing user needs with technical feasibility. You will collaborate closely with product owners and engineering teams throughout the discovery and development process, creating intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling designs. Your work will include designing seamless user journeys, crafting prototypes, and ensuring consistent application of design systems across multiple platforms. You will influence the overall product experience through thoughtful design decisions, testing, and iteration. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to communicate design rationale effectively are essential to succeed in this position.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with product owners and engineers during the discovery and development process to define user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions
  • Create user flows, storyboards, and journey maps that communicate proposed design solutions effectively
  • Wireframe, prototype, test, and iterate on design concepts to deliver polished and usable experiences
  • Produce pixel-perfect prototypes and specifications to guide engineering and product teams
  • Participate in design reviews, critiques, and workshops, providing constructive feedback and defending design decisions
  • Utilize and contribute to a shared design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products


Requirements

  • BS/BA in Graphic Design, Human Factors, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, or a related discipline
  • Skilled in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, with proficiency in Figma preferred
  • Strong visual design skills with the ability to create solutions that work across all screen sizes
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders
