Product & UX Design Expert
Role Summary
Design and evaluate structured product design workflows to assess execution across user flows, design systems, and specification handoffs with measurable, verifiable outputs.
Deliverables
- Create end-to-end product design workflows covering user flows, system usage, and spec handoff scenarios
- Develop tasks ensuring flow completeness across states such as empty, loading, error, permissions, and success
- Translate design processes into structured tasks with deterministic, checkable outputs
- Define and apply evaluation rubrics based on design system fidelity and measurable criteria
- Build scenarios involving annotated specs, accessibility requirements, and constrained copy guidelines
Requirements
- Proficiency in product and UX design workflows for SaaS or consumer products
- Expertise in tools such as Figma including auto-layout, components, and variables
- Experience with design systems, component reuse, and token-based design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG and implementation in design
- Ability to produce and interpret artifacts including user flows, mockups, specs, and design system audits
