Job Title: Contract Data Analyst

Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
Experience Level: 4 to 6 years (Intermediate)

Demonstrated experience in and familiarity with contract review.
General business knowledge required; knowledge of procurement processes would be beneficial.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Compilation of contract data from various sources including vendor sites, contract management systems, spreadsheets, and document repositories.
Maintaining a system to house the information collected ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and standardization.
Assessing information gathered from contracts and terms in collaboration with partners across Legal, Procurement, IT, and other business functions to identify risk and support decision making.
Documentation of findings, prepare risk summaries, and collaborate with legal, procurement, IT, and business units to inform decision-making.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
General business knowledge required; knowledge of procurement processes would be beneficial.
Demonstrated experience in and familiarity with contract review.
