This role focuses on managing supplier invitations, validating supplier data, and ensuring smooth onboarding into SAP Ariba. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel and Data Analysis skills, detail oriented and is experienced working with large data sets. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for professionals who enjoy process accuracy, teamwork and supporting enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit supplier invitations to SAP Ariba SLP, ensuring accuracy of supplier data and compliance with defined business rules.
- Perform data validation and quality checks prior to supplier submission to prevent duplication or incomplete records.
- Maintain detailed tracking logs for supplier invitation status, rejections, and completions.
- Analyze supplier data from ERP systems and Ariba to identify inconsistencies and support cleanup initiatives.
- Support reporting needs using Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, charts) and assisting with weekly enablement dashboards.
- Troubleshoot supplier onboarding issues and coordinate resolution with Ariba support, AMS Team or directly with the Supplier.
- Participate in process documentation and continuous improvement activities related to supplier onboarding and data governance.
