We’re looking for a highly organized operations professional to support contract, procurement, and in-market event execution. The position will be dedicated to working on our contract with Meta’s Global Enterprise Marketing Programs Team for a 12-month term. This role provides day-to-day operational support across contract and PO workflows while also supporting the execution layer of live events, including logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up.
The ideal candidate is detail-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across legal, procurement, agencies, and cross-functional partners to keep programs running smoothly and on schedule.
Contract & Procurement Operations: Own and drive the operational processes for all contract and purchase order (PO) workflows for the BMG team, including:
- Manage end-to-end contact and PO execution process (intake, tracking, follow-ups)
- Serve as the primary liaison between project leads, legal, and procurement to expedite approvals and resolve bottlenecks
- Maintain contract and PO trackers (status, renewals, expirations)
- Flag risks, delays, or missing documentation proactively
- Support vendor onboarding and compliance requirements
- Ensure alignment between approved budgets and executed POs
Global In-Market Events Operations: Support the execution layer of in-market events, including:
- Shipping & logistics coordination (booth assets, demo kits, swag, signage).
- Maintain shipping trackers and delivery timelines.
- Manage on-site documentation (vendor forms, badges, access lists).
- Support on-site operations during events as needed (check-in, vendor coordination, issue resolution)
- Assist with post-event wrap-up (asset returns, invoices, documentation archiving)
Operational Documentation & Process Support: Drive the continuous documentation and optimization of team processes.
- Develop, maintain and update operation documents.
- Document repeatable processes
- Create and maintain checklists and templates
- Support cross-functional onboarding by centralizing documentation
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program/project management or communications —preferably within B2B, technology, or enterprise environments
- Experience in operations, procurement support, event operations, or program coordination
- Familiarity with contract and PO workflows, tracking, and approval processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Experience coordinating logistics, shipping, and vendor documentation
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying risks or gaps
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, procurement, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to document processes and create clear checklists and templates
- Able to operate in fast-paced, global working environments

Base annual compensation: $130-140k
