Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring all purchasing activities, approvals, renewals, and vendor onboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable commercial terms, and compliant contractual agreements aligned with internal procurement policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors while monitoring performance, addressing operational issues, and escalating risks or non-performance concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and Data Privacy teams to ensure procurement activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Track software and service renewals proactively to ensure continuity of operations and timely contract management.
- Maintain detailed procurement documentation, records, and reporting to support transparency, audit readiness, and operational consistency.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve process inefficiencies or procurement-related risks while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support procurement operations within Coupa and other purchasing systems to streamline workflows and improve stakeholder experience.
- Proven experience in indirect procurement, particularly across SaaS, software licensing, or professional services categories.
- Strong vendor management and supplier relationship experience, including negotiation and contract coordination.
- Experience working with procurement platforms such as Coupa Intake & Orchestration is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail.
- Demonstrated project management and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance cost optimization with operational and compliance requirements.
