- Develop and review financial models to support AI training initiatives, ensuring accuracy and industry relevance
- Translate market research and due diligence into AI datasets and learning modules
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and translate finance concepts into actionable AI training data
- Actively contribute ideas to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AI-powered private equity solutions
- Minimum 2 years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking with a strong track record in financial modeling
- Demonstrated expertise in market research, due diligence, and investment analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail
- Proven stakeholder management experience and ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Prior experience working with or training AI/ML systems in a finance context
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Exposure to AI initiatives in Private Equity or Investment Banking settings
