Private Equity Research Specialist
Role Overview
Contribute to high-impact private equity research workflows, shaping investment-grade outputs across deal evaluation and market analysis.
$130 per hour | 10+ hours per week | Remote (Contract)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine financial models to support investment decision-making
- Produce structured investment memos and analytical summaries
- Conduct market sizing and total addressable market assessments
- Evaluate deal materials including CIMs and due diligence documentation
- Support deal sourcing through targeted research and screening
Core Requirements
- Strong grounding in private equity deal workflows and investment evaluation
- Demonstrated capability in financial modeling and analytical structuring
- Experience interpreting transaction documents and diligence materials
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear written insights
- Consistent delivery across independent, project-based engagements
