Position: Private Equity Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $30 $65/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in private equity deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management.
- Review investment memos, financial models, and transaction case studies.
- Develop realistic private equity scenarios and decision-making frameworks for AI training.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, commercial relevance, and financial rigor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for financial document analysis.
- Identify knowledge gaps and recommend improvements based on industry expertise.
- Contribute domain knowledge to support high-quality AI training datasets.
Requirements
- Strong experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or related finance roles.
- Deep understanding of valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and exit strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise and thought leadership within the private equity industry.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
