LemVega ("LMVG") is a U.S. headquartered global financial platform based in PuertoRico, purpose-built to connect institutional banking infrastructure with international private capital across America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

LemVega partners with regulated banking institutions and operates through structured, compliant frameworks rather than retail or transactional models.
LemVega is appointing Principals - Country Representatives to serve as its exclusive senior strategic representatives within designated jurisdictions.
This is a contract-based, remote, non-operational role focused on high-level relationship development, institutional positioning, and strategic dialogue with regulators, central banks, ministries, financial institutions, and qualified private capital sources.
The Principal does not perform regulated banking activities, solicit retail clients, handle funds, or execute transactions. All compliance, onboarding, and approvals remain with LemVega and its regulated partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as LemVega’s senior strategic point of contact within the assigned country or jurisdiction
• Develop and steward relationships with:
• Central banks and monetary authorities
• Ministries of finance and treasury departments
• Banking regulators and policy stakeholders
• Senior executives at commercial, private, and institutional banks
• Sovereign, quasi-sovereign, UHNW, and institutional capital sources
• Support institutional positioning and long-term jurisdictional strategy
• Provide market, regulatory, and relationship intelligence to LemVega’s executive team
• Participate in structured strategic updates and advisory coordination
What This Role Is Not
• No deposit-taking or account opening
• No transaction execution or approval authority
• No retail client solicitation
• No authority to bind LemVega or its banking partners
This role is strategic, advisory, and representational in nature.
Qualifications
Senior-level experience in:
• Banking, financial services, capital markets, or sovereign finance
• Regulatory, policy, or institutional financial environments
• Strong existing relationships within financial, governmental, or institutional circles
• Demonstrated credibility at the executive, board, or regulator level
• Deep understanding of global financial systems and cross-border capital dynamics
• High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to operate independently while aligning with institutional frameworks
Advanced education in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with substantial senior experience.
Engagement Structure

• Compensation: Discretionary, performance-based, and subject to separate written schedules
