About The Role
We are seeking a talented Presentation and Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a part-time basis. This role involves designing visually compelling presentations and marketing collateral that support our sales and marketing efforts, particularly in creating executive-level pitches for sponsorship opportunities, RFP responses, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Sr. Creative Marketing Manager to develop mock art, presentation templates, and collateral that effectively communicate IGN’s sponsorship offerings and brand partnerships. This position requires a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent project coordination skills across departments, and demonstrates a strong passion for creative design within the entertainment and gaming industry. The role is remote, with an expectation for in-person meetings in Los Angeles at least twice a month, and offers flexible working hours of 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency or media company
- Proven experience designing pitch presentations for entertainment and brand properties
- Experience writing marketing copy for client-facing presentations
- Familiarity with sales and advertising design, including display ad units and snipes
- Highly proficient in Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with Figma
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of self-management
- Ability to work collaboratively with account managers, strategists, and directors
- Collaborate with Sales and Creative Solutions teams to visually align sponsorship opportunities with client brands, delivering professionally edited photos and crafted presentations for RFI/RFP processes
- Create and maintain design guidelines, templates, and resources for client-facing collateral, including presentations, mock art, and marketing materials
- Develop collateral for IGN’s evergreen opportunities, supporting in-person and online tentpole events throughout the year
- Design print materials such as signage and photo opportunities for branded activations and parties, ensuring specifications are met
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality across all creative deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
- Stay updated with industry trends to bring innovative design ideas to the team
