- Develop and execute pre-sales strategies aligned with overall sales objectives and business goals.
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting in the creation of proposals, technical presentations, and other materials to showcase the value of cybersecurity products and services.
- Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Engage with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges, and tailor pre-sales activities to address those specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving cybersecurity requirements.
- Assist in the creation of proposals and quotes to meet customer specifications and ensure profitability
- Provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales activities, including solution design and configuration.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the cybersecurity landscape and provide insights to the sales and product teams.
- Establish a feedback loop between the pre-sales team and other departments to continually improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- University degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or sales role within the information technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices. Certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to identify and communicate customer needs and requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- A good understanding of the sales process, including the ability to contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and market trends in the cybersecurity landscape.
- Proficiency in English languages is mandatory, business-level proficiency in the Arabic and/or German languages is a plus.
