Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Success, Manager to join our team. As a Practice Success, Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and implementation of processes within your assigned practice(s). Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining accountability and driving adherence to established standards throughout the implementation phase and post implementation. Additionally, you will play a part in identifying and analyzing processes around various departments to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.

The listed compensation range listed is paid bi-weekly per our standard payroll practices. Final base pay decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.

Guidehealth is a fully remote company. We provide new employees with the necessary equipment to function in their role at no charge to the employee. Employees provide their own internet connection, capable of conducting video calls on camera and connecting to various internal and external systems. The required internet speed is a minimum of 50 mbps download, 10 mbps upload. Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Success, Manager to join our team. As a Practice Success, Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and implementation of processes within your assigned practice(s). Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining accountability and driving adherence to established standards throughout the implementation phase and post implementation. Additionally, you will play a part in identifying and analyzing processes around various departments to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding the implementation process of new practices by following our implementation timeline and guidelines
- Executing implementation plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT specialists, administrators, and external vendors to coordinate efforts and achieve project milestones
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes, collecting feedback and data to measure outcomes, and identifying areas for further enhancement.
- Acting as a liaison between frontline staff, management, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for physician offices, acting as a liaison between front line staff, management, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintaining documentation of implementation processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with team members to identify process improvement opportunities
- Creating process maps, documents, and SOP’s
- Providing regular updates on project status and reports
- Maintain a relationship with the practice post implementation to ensure engagement and adoption of services
- Monitoring and analyzing engagement / usage of services and escalate any concerns internally if needed
- Providing support to the practice post implementation by proactively reaching out and scheduling ADHOC trainings cross departments if needed
- Residing in the Atlanta area is a plus, with some time spent in-market visiting provider offices.
- Being an advocate for your practice by voicing your practices feedback and needs
- Monthly travel, 1-4x per month, to meet with provider offices may be required as needed.
What You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or Business administration preferred
- Proven experience in implementation, project management, or healthcare consulting
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare information technologies is highly desirable.
