In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Portuguese, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies. - Stay updated on the latest social media trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and good judgment skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy
