- Manage customer inquiries related to tobacco products and services via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese
- Provide information on product features, availability, and promotions, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Assist customers in understanding the company's offerings and navigating any service-related issues
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting tobacco products to provide accurate information
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the retail or tobacco industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM software and general computer proficiency
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
