- Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and delivery updates via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese
- Provide information on shipping policies, pricing, and transit times
- Assist customers with resolving issues related to shipments, including delays or discrepancies
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Stay informed on logistics industry trends and the company's service offerings to provide up-to-date information
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Organizational skills with a focus on managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
