- Assist gamers with inquiries regarding gameplay, account support, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints swiftly to enhance user satisfaction
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate valued player feedback and insights
- Stay informed on current gaming trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written); knowledge of English is a great advantage
- Previous experience in customer support or the gaming industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and technologies is a plus
