- Assist gamers with gameplay questions, account management, and technical support issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve player problems efficiently to enhance the gaming experience
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and provide feedback for service improvements
- Collaborate with development teams to relay player insights and contribute to game enhancements
- Stay updated on gaming trends and new product releases to provide knowledgeable support
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable
- Prior experience in customer support or a passion for the gaming industry is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and technologies is advantageous
