About the Job
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our team. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves video editing and is passionate about women’s health, wellness, and the kind of content that genuinely moves people.
We work with:

- Man Alive with Dr Jeff Foster (leading male health podcast)
- Multiple leading brand and creator podcasts we can’t talk about 😉

- Contribute suggested titles and thumbnail direction for YouTube
- Collaborate closely with the podcast producer on episode narrative and pacing

- Track how your edits perform and iterate week-on-week based on data

We’re open to candidates from different backgrounds. Whether you have professional podcast or YouTube editing experience, or you’re a video content creator ready to step into a more structured production role - want to hear from you.
You are someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for podcasts and the podcasting world
- Is obsessed with great video content - you watch widely, edit critically, and always notice what makes a clip stop the scroll

- Understands hooks, cliffhangers, and storytelling techniques that capture and retain attention
