Description

The Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter serves as a key owner of provider recruiting operations and candidate experience, ensuring a high-touch, efficient, and compliant recruiting process across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to drive timely, professional, and scalable recruiting outcomes for physicians and advanced practice providers.

  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience, delivering a consistent, high-touch process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to manage requisitions, align on hiring needs, and ensure an efficient and professional recruiting process.
  • Administer and optimize recruiting systems, including the applicant tracking system, virtual interviewing tools, and other candidate or requisition management platforms.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and annual recruiting reports, aligned with organizational initiatives, and provide ad-hoc reporting as requested.
  • Establish and maintain measurable recruiting metrics to ensure transparency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the hiring process.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, implement new strategies, and train impacted team members to support operational excellence.
  • Support the development and execution of candidate outreach strategies and recruiting campaigns, with a focus on physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Effectively communicate the value of ADVENT’s culture, mission, and benefits to all candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Support post-offer and onboarding activities, as needed, to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and a strong candidate experience.
  • Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvements that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation within recruiting operations, in alignment with ADVENT’s strategic goals.
  • Adapt to business growth and changing priorities, including cross-training and supporting multiple locations or specialties as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Model and promote ADVENT’s culture and values, maintaining professionalism and positivity in all candidate and internal stakeholder interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment exposure.
  • Demonstrated data entry and technology management skills.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to convey value using recruitment platforms and social media outlets.
  • Skilled in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Skilled in organizing work, making assignments, and achieving goals and objectives.
  • Ability to assume responsibility and exercise authority over assigned work functions.
  • Must convey a professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.
  • Requires adherence to all policies and procedures, including standards for safety and confidentiality.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and peers.
