Position Summary
The Medical Phone Operator is responsible for efficiently handling incoming telephone calls; and accurate scheduling of patient visits that contributes to the maintenance of health providers' daily schedules.
This position requires working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm PST
This is a remote position, and worker location must be within Unio Health Partners authorized states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, IA, NV, OR, TX, VA, WI

What You Will Be Doing
- Answers telephone calls from patients and schedule appointments as necessary.
- Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care, and concern with every internal and external customer.
- Handles all phases of telephone communications, including scheduling in-office appointments.
- Routes all calls to appropriate departments, takes accurate and neat messages, and forwards them promptly.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in the medical field required.
- Experience lead role in a similar office or medical setting is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
