About Health2Wealth
We are a Swiss non-profit association dedicated increase awareness about preventive Lifestyle and Life Environment to increasing healthspan (the number of years spent in good health) by elevate the understanding of personal health into an investment case and hence every individual's most important investable asset.
Currently, people in Switzerland spend on average 13 years with chronic diseases and bad health. We want to change this and add +5 years of good health to millions of people in Switzerland over the next decade.
We bring together individuals, experts, and forward-thinking stakeholders to drive meaningful change in health awareness and education. Our initiatives include several monthly online and physical events, publishing trusted health content from our experts, and fostering meaningful interactions through our social media channels.
Our ambitions are bold.
We aim to scale rapidly with a senior, passionate team - leveraging technology and AI wherever possible - to grow our network and community and make a lasting impact on the awareness and education of preventive health - to the benefit of everyone. Health is Wealth.
🎯 Role Overview
This is a remote volunteer role to engaging with major donors in German-speaking Switzerland, developing and implementing fundraising strategies, and building relationships with philanthropic organizations (including charities and foundations). Your work directly empowers our mission to make preventive health an essential part of modern life planning.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy for foundations aligned with our mission
- Co-create sponsorship packages for events, education, publications, and research
- Identify, approach, and close funding from individual donors, family offices, foundations, and other philanthropic organizations.
Collaboration & Storytelling
- Work with the team to align messages and values
- Help articulate our impact and value proposition to funders
- Represent Health2Wealth in fundraising events
✅ Your Profile
- Fluent in German and English. French is an asset
- Based in German-speaking Switzerland
- Willing to work without a salary to support a good cause and make an impact
- Successfully closed donations from foundations and other philanthropic organizations in the past
- Strong network in German-speaking Switzerland preferred
- Passion for preventive health and advocacy
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strategic thinker who enjoys taking initiative and building new systems
- Ability to work independently and remotely
