Position: Personal Consumer Research Expert

Role Responsibilities
- Design structured consumer research scenarios with deterministic evaluation rubrics
- Create tasks involving product comparisons, service evaluations, and purchase analysis
- Develop shortlists that meet defined specifications and budget constraints
- Build comparison frameworks for services such as insurance, internet, and utilities
- Construct total cost of ownership (TCO) models with verifiable calculations
- Create negotiation scenarios based on policies and pricing structures
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs against objective, checkable criteria
Requirements
- Strong experience in product research, procurement, or review writing
- Strong expertise in product specification analysis or service comparisons
- Strong experience with cost modeling and total cost of ownership analysis
- Ability to create structured research artifacts such as comparison tables and briefs
- Strong written communication with clear, step-by-step reasoning
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks efficiently
