This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining detailed records. Additional responsibilities include assisting with clerical tasks, coordinating activities, and ensuring efficient operations to support the organization's leaders in achieving their goals.
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written correspondence
- Experience with Diary Management and scheduling
- Competency in Clerical Skills, including organization and record-keeping
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as calendars, email platforms, and project management software
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma required; advanced education is an advantage
