With over 120,000 customers and rapid growth across international markets, I'm looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support me in managing the fast-paced demands of a growing startup.

Work time will be around 40 hours per week. This is a long-time job offer. I am looking for someone who can work with me over the next few years.
Tasks
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing my calendar, emails, travel bookings, and daily priorities
- Coordinating with teams across marketing, ops, product, and suppliers
- Supporting project management, research, and task follow-ups
- Helping me stay organized and focused so I can scale the business faster
- Admin tasks
Requirements
What I'm Looking For:
- You're detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to anticipate needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience supporting founders or senior leaders is a big plus
- Comfortable working remotely
