Within our Perfume Business Unit, based in Neuchâtel we are looking for a:

Perfume Controller Manager

Reporting to the the Consolidation, Controlling and Reporting Senior Director, you will support our Perfume Business profitable growth.

Managing a team and supporting the local F&A team, you will position the Controlling Department as a trusted business partner for the Business Unit and the Perfume Sales Team.

You will actively and constantly support the business in setting and achieving goals, steering the planning process, monitoring actual trends and providing constructive feedback and corrective actions to support business growth and improve operations effectiveness and profitability.

In This Role You Will

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of two, fostering engagement, growth and continuous improvement in line with business priorities.
  • Act as a key Business Partner, supporting internal stakeholders with insights and actionable recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Provide strategic and operational analysis to enhance revenue, improve efficiency, and increase both local and consolidated profitability across key business levers (e.g. trade terms, cost of goods, manufacturing, stock, A&P).
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance by region, channel, and customer, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and profitability.
  • Monitor margins and profitability, explaining deviations vs. budget and prior year, and recommending corrective actions where needed.
  • Support stock management and its financial implications, ensuring proper monitoring of obsolescence and related provisions.
  • Optimize resource allocation through oversight of A&P spend, personnel costs, overheads, and ROI-based evaluation of long-term projects.
  • Lead the planning and forecasting processes, fostering financial discipline and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and LVMH guidelines, collaborating with global F&A teams to deliver accurate and consistent reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team capabilities to strengthen the Controlling function’s impact and credibility within the organization.

Your Background

Holder of a degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent, with over 5 years of experience in finance and business analysis in multicultural and challenging environments.

Experienced in sales and profitability analysis, reporting, and leading cross-functional teams. Strong financial acumen combined with excellent communication and project management skills. Strategic thinker with a global vision and a strong drive for results. Proactive and entrepreneurial, able to manage priorities in a fast-changing context and implement effective improvement actions. Recognized for building trustful relationships and fostering teamwork across internal and external stakeholders.

Fluent in English and French, with excellent command of SAP, Excel (including formulas, data management, and pivot tables), and PowerPoint; Italian is a plus.
