Albert is looking for a Performance Marketing Designer (Paid Social) to join our growing marketing team! In this role, you’ll create high-performing static and video creatives for Paid Social channels, with a strong focus on conversion-driven performance marketing.

The core of the position is producing and optimizing Meta-first marketing creatives that drive measurable business results. You will work closely with the Marketing team to create banners and videos for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, continuously testing, learning, and iterating based on performance data.

We are looking for someone who understands what makes a creative convert — someone who knows how to capture attention quickly, communicate value clearly, and design assets that perform across different paid social platforms. You are motivated by improving metrics through creative experimentation and enjoy working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with a high volume of A/B testing.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and produce high-performing, conversion-focused static assets and video creatives for Paid Social channels, primarily Meta and also TikTok and Snapchat, optimized for acquisition and performance marketing goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Design teams to develop and execute creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives and performance targets.
  • Use performance insights (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, engagement) to continuously iterate and optimize creative assets.
  • Translate briefs and ideas into compelling, platform-native creatives tailored to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid channels.
  • Adapt and localize creatives for different audiences, formats, and markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Contribute actively to creative testing and experimentation through ongoing A/B testing and rapid iteration cycles.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, creative best practices, and evolving paid social formats.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are optimized for performance and platform requirements.

Who You Are

  • A creative thinker with a strong performance marketing mindset passionate about design that drives results.
  • Experienced in creating paid social creatives that are optimized for measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of what makes high-performing Meta creatives, and ideally also TikTok and Snapchat creatives.
  • Understands the differences between platforms and how user behavior, formats, and creative approaches vary across them.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment with continuous testing and optimization.
  • Curious, proactive, and bold, always looking for new creative angles and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Interested in digital culture, trends, and user behavior across social platforms.
