Accountabilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leaders, providing guidance on talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and organizational design
- Build, implement, and iterate people and talent programs end-to-end, from concept through measurement
- Lead functional talent management across teams, including performance management, succession planning, and capability development
- Partner with People & Talent Strategy teams to design and scale initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Coach leaders on team effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management during periods of growth or restructuring
- Use data, people analytics, and industry benchmarks to inform decisions and influence stakeholders
- Support broader People team priorities as needed in a small, high-growth, and distributed environment
- 5+ years of experience on a People team, including 2+ years as a People Partner
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities
- Experience in high-growth, technology, or startup environments preferred
- Strong operational and program execution skills, with ability to scale initiatives across teams and functions
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, work through ambiguity, and influence stakeholders
- Experience coaching managers on performance management, team effectiveness, and leadership development
- Data- and process-driven, with strong judgment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and accelerate program delivery
- Competitive base salary starting at $125,000 USD, depending on experience
