As People Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything that makes the team tick. You’ll own HR operations, drive employee engagement, and implement systems that allow our people to thrive. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly impact our growth and culture.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or related roles, ideally within high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
- Must come from an early stage SaaS vendor.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to translate people metrics into actionable strategies.
- Experience building HR programs from the ground up, with a track record of leveraging AI and technology to enhance the employee experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business.
- Empathetic, proactive, and passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience.
- Exceptional project management skills and proven ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environments.
