Role Responsibilities
- Run large-scale, high-velocity onboarding for distributed talent cohorts.
- Activate and manage global talent pools supporting AI training and data operations.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.
- Anticipate and resolve operational blockers with speed and clarity.
- Drive customer success outcomes across ongoing AI deployments.
- Track and report weekly performance metrics and milestones with high signal.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale onboarding and distributed teams.
- Strong client communication and customer management skills.
- Deep ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
- Comfort leading 100+ contributors in remote environments.
- Data-driven approach with experience using dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written communication skills—clear, structured, and direct.
