EPM is seeking a motivated, proactive People Operations & Talent Specialist to join our growing team. This versatile role focuses primarily on talent acquisition of mortgage professionals, including Account Executives and operations roles, while also supporting key People Operations programs.

We’re looking for a self-starter who is highly organized, people-focused, and has a proven track record of recruiting top talent. Mortgage industry experience is strongly preferred. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and care deeply about the employee experience, we want to meet you.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer letter preparation and delivery to ensure hiring goals are met
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions; gather approvals for requisitions and develop engaging job posting content
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other channels
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of sales/Account Executive candidates
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate communication and dispositioning, process updates
  • Coordinate and ensure background checks are completed successfully
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including initiating new hire paperwork, ensuring completeness, coordinating IT setup, conducting orientation
  • Ensure candidates and team members have excellent experience throughout recruitment, onboarding and employment life cycle
  • People Operations Support
  • Provide administrative support for People Operations programs
  • Help design and champion culture, wellness, total rewards, and recognition initiatives
  • Assist with HRIS management and other HR-related responsibilities to support the department and employees
  • Support additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
