Position: Pediatrician AI Trainer
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $82 to $287 per hour

Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI teams to provide clinical insights and validate pediatric healthcare data.
- Review, annotate, and enrich pediatric medical cases and records for AI training.
- Identify and correct potential errors or biases in AI generated medical outputs.
- Support development of clinical guidelines and educational content for AI systems.
- Act as a clinical bridge between pediatric medicine and technology development.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible Pediatrician with active licensure.
- Strong experience diagnosing and managing pediatric patients across care settings.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and digital health tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross disciplinary environment.
