Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs accurately and on time
- Verify employee hours, deductions, and compensation data
- Maintain payroll records in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally
- Reconcile payroll reports and investigate discrepancies
- Support year-end W-2 preparation and compliance reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong numerical accuracy and discretion with confidential data
- Comfortable handling employee SSNs, banking details, and salary information
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
- No prior payroll experience required — full training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
