About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Clerk to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. This position is ideal for candidates looking for a second job or side hustle, or those who want to supplement their current income with a flexible schedule.

No prior payroll experience? No problem! Training will be provided to all new hires to ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed in this role.

As a Payroll Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls, maintaining payroll records, and handling related administrative duties. This job offers the flexibility you need to balance your current employment or personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
Process employee time sheets and payroll information accurately and on time

Verify payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Maintain confidential payroll records and documentation

Assist with payroll inquiries and provide support to employees

Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations

Collaborate with HR and accounting departments as needed

Requirements:
Training provided to all new hires

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Good organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with payroll software or MS Excel is a plus

Must be eligible to work in the USA (No visa sponsorship available)

Currently employed candidates are welcome to apply

Work Schedule:
Flexible hours between 16 and 32 hours per week

Salary - $15 upward
