We are currently supporting a global organization with the search for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join on a temporary contract basis. This role is fully remote within Europe and will focus primarily on Sweden payroll, with secondary support for Denmark.

Contract Details
- Duration: 2–3 months (temporary cover)
- Working hours: 35 hours per week
- Working days: Monday–Friday
- Pay rate: TBC
Key Responsibilities
- Collect payroll input data via ServiceNow (ticketing system) and Workday reports
- Review, validate, and prepare payroll input data
- Transfer payroll inputs to external payroll vendors in line with predefined formats, deadlines, and cut-off times
- Review payroll draft outputs, provide feedback, and approve/sign off payroll
- Communicate with payroll vendors via client portals
- Complete post-payroll activities, including sharing accounting reports with the Accounting team
- Respond to employee payroll-related queries where possible.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Payroll Administration, ideally supporting Sweden payroll (Denmark exposure is a plus)
- Proven experience working closely with external payroll vendors
- Comfortable working with HR/payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, temporary environment
- Availability to start at short notice is highly preferred
