• Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
• Prepare payroll reports, ensuring all entries related to employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions are accurate
• Review and reconcile payroll accounts to ensure the integrity of payroll data
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory payments such as CPF, taxes, and other deductions
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Continuously improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required

• Strong knowledge of local payroll legislation and tax regulations
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
