Join Hey Nouri, a fast-growing digital health startup on a mission to build “the modern way kids grow healthy.” We are the first fully virtual pediatric obesity clinic, combining: Medical care, nutrition coaching, behavioral and movement support and AI-powered tools that personalize care for families.
Our program supports children and families with a structured care model that includes physicians, dietitians, and digital tools.
We are looking for someone who can help ensure families entering the program have a smooth and supportive first experience.
Role overview
- Remote position, initially structured as a contractor position. Open to W2 shortly after joining
- Minimum 24 hours per week, (ideally closer to full-time)
- Be the first person parents speak with when entering the program
- Guide families through the intake and onboarding process
- Coordinate with clinical and operations team
- Opportunity to grow into a larger operations role as the company expands
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake calls with parents and answer questions about the program
- Coordinate appointments with physicians and dietitians
- Ensure intake documentation and records are complete and accurate
- Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Help identify and resolve onboarding or scheduling issues quickly
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking with parents
- Strong customer service mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and systems
Healthcare experience is not required, but familiarity with healthcare environments or insurance processes is a plus.
