The Patient Experience Specialist (PES) is a vital member of BlueWind's Patient Experience Team, dedicated to ensuring superior outcomes for patients utilizing BlueWind’s therapy platform. This role involves direct interaction with patients, providing them with technical and product expertise related to BlueWind’s Implantable Tibial Nerve Stimulation system (Revi).
As part of the Patient Experience Team, the PES collaborates closely with Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and various internal teams to deliver exceptional patient support and education.
The PES will travel approximately once every six months to spend time in the field and retain practical knowledge. This role is crucial in fostering relationships with patients and ensuring they receive the best possible support throughout their pain relief journey.
Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Interact with patients to provide technical and product expertise
- Serve as a resource for clinical patient support regarding device troubleshooting and product inquiries
- Provide exceptional clinical education on company products and related procedures
- Respond to detailed technical inquiries from patients in a timely manner
- Report all complaints regarding products to the appropriate company personnel within required time frames
- Document and follow up on all patient interactions to the sales team
- Consult with other internal BlueWind departments as needed to maintain solid clinical outcomes
- Perform continued patient follow-up to assure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize strong analytical skills and modern computer technology effectively
Education/Qualification Requirements
- Medical training (RN, LPN, MA, CMA, Paramedic) required.
- Clinical experience in a patient care environment, Urology / Neuromodulation experience is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in a patient support role, with a focus on medical devices
- Experience in Urology or women's health fields a plus.
- Medical device sales experience and/or training a plus.
