Credent Partners USA supports patient recruitment for medtech and biotech clinical trials across the United States through the Medtack Patient Recruitment Platform.
At the heart of this platform is our Patient Enrollment Center, a dedicated team that connects with individuals who have already expressed interest in participating in specific clinical trials.
We wish to expand our team with empathetic, detail-oriented professionals to join us as Patient Enrollment Counselors on a flexible, zero-hours contract basis.
The Role
As a Patient Enrollment Counselor, you will manage the complete pre-screening journey for applicants. You will be a key point of contact, guiding applicants with clarity, care, and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with pre-screened applicants via phone and digital channels
- Providing clear, accurate information about specific clinical trials.
- Responding to applicant questions with empathy and professionalism
- Conducting IRB-approved pre-screening interviews
- Supporting the retrieval of relevant medical records where required
- Accurately tracking applicants and ensuring consistent follow-up throughout the process

You must be:
- Self-motivated, ethical, and trustworthy, with strong personal references
- Comfortable working independently as a contractor within a remote US-based team
- Organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Confident using computers, online systems, and remote communication tools
- Empathetic and professional when engaging with members of the public
A background in Public Health, Life Sciences, Nursing, or Healthcare administration is an advantage, but not essential.
